Lot 413 Browning Citori 'Grade 1' 28 Ga #09302PY173

Japanese made over and under box-lock shotgun chambered for 2 3/4" 28 Gauge shells, manufactured circa 1982. Shotgun imported by Browning Arms Company out of Morgan, UT. and Montreal P.Q. Featuring a gloss blued finish, 26" raised ventilated ribbed barrels, fixed chokes marked for Mod / Imp Cyl, steel bead front sight, selective ejectors, single curved smooth gold-toned inertia trigger, checkered top lever, and serrated sliding tang safety and barrel selector. The matte finished straight grain walnut furniture consists of a straight grip shoulder stock with checkering at the wrist, grooved and checkered forend with deeley latch release, long lower tang, 14-1/4" length-of-pull, 1-1/2" drop at comb, 2-1/4" drop at heel, and a black plastic factory buttplate. Receiver, forend, and barrels all have matching serial numbers, '09302.' The original blued finish remaining is approximately 98% with small scattered scratches along the right side of the barrel, contact wear from the safety and the receiver turned plum. Bores appear excellent, but look dirty. The action is tight with the top lever standing right of center. Furniture wood is excellent with little remarkable to speak of. The metal shows no rust or deformation.
Condition is NRA Excellent.
